"You Gave Me My Eyes Back."

An expression of anxiety, yet hope met Emanuela Paparatti's eyes as she approached the kind-looking lady in her mid-fifties.  A preliminary exam determined that she was not able to see the largest letters on the eye chart.  Her bad vision had plagued her for years.  The eye doctors all told her that she had to have glasses, but she never could afford to purchase a pair.  Her poor vision affected everything she did and she was despairing.  She came to the clinic desperate to get help.

After determining what prescription she needed, Emanuela placed a pair of glasses on her face.  The lady began to smile and Emanuela asked her if she could see, and she said, "Yes, it's perfect!"

Emanuela shares, "As I turned away to get some eye drops, the lady began to cry.  Alarmed, I couldn't imagine what could've happened.  And after asking her what was wrong, she said, 'Nothing, you gave me my eyes back! I can see for the first time in a long time. Thank you, thank you so much for giving me sight!'"

Emanuela concluded, "It was a blessing to see that we could give her physical sight, but the Almighty God gave her spiritual sight as well."
