As we strive to meet best practice in all areas of the ministry and
comply with state regulations we need your help. If you would like to donate items not on the
following lists please contact us by email with what you would like to donate
and we will let you know if we are able to utilize them.

- All
donated supplies must be in-date, if applicable (for example, medical
gauze does have an expiration date)
- All
donated supplies must be sealed
- All
donated instruments or tools must be in working condition
- Please
do not send pill bottles, as we have a more than adequate supply.

Guidelines for Donating Medications

comply with state regulations we need your help. If you would like to donate items not on the
following lists please contact us by email with what you would like to donate
and we will let you know if we are able to use them.

donations of medicines.
- All
medications must be donated at least 12 months prior to the medication's
expiration date
- All
medications must be in their original manufacturer's sealed container.
- We
cannot accept prescription medications that have been dispensed to an
individual patient.
- Prescription medications can only be
accepted from healthcare professionals/facilities that are licensed to
handle them.
- All
medications received by HealthCare Ministries will be logged in by
medication name, strength, quantity, lot # number, expiration date and
where it was received from. If you
are able to send a log containing this information with any medication you
donate it would be greatly
appreciated!
