As we strive to meet best practice in all areas of the ministry and comply with state regulations we need your help.  If you would like to donate items not on the following lists please contact us by email with what you would like to donate and we will let you know if we are able to utilize them.

  1. All donated supplies must be in-date, if applicable (for example, medical gauze does have an expiration date)
  2. All donated supplies must be sealed
  3. All donated instruments or tools must be in working condition
  4. Please do not send pill bottles, as we have a more than adequate supply.

Medical and General Supplies

  • Ace bandages
  • Alcohol pads
  • Baby wipes
  • Gloves, Latex, exam (non-sterile), Medium and Large sizes
  • Glucometer , Assure 4
  • Glucometer, Assure 4 test strips
  • Hand sanitizer- small bottles
  • Liquid hand soap
  • Trash bags - 13 gallon; 45 gallon 
  • Batteries (AA, AAA)
  • Digital Thermometers
  • Duct tape - 10-yard rolls
  • Flashlights
  • Ink pens: black and red
  • Kleenex (no lotion; small boxes)
  • Paper towels
  • Sharpie permanent markers
  • Playtex rubber gloves
  • Suitcases - Hard/Soft (26" or larger)
  • Ziplock bags: snack, quart, and gallon sizes

Optical
  • Eyeglasses, used and/or new - modern styles in good repair (no lenses or frames alone).  Example:

  • Reading glasses, used and/or new - modern styles in good repair

Dental Supplies

  • Cotton braided rolls
  • Dental floss
  • 2x2 Gauze
  • Goggles/Safety glasses
  • Small cups - 3 to 5 oz.
  • Toothbrushes
  • Toothpaste (small tubes - travel size)

As we strive to meet best practice in all areas of the ministry and comply with state regulations we need your help.  If you would like to donate items not on the following lists please contact us by email with what you would like to donate and we will let you know if we are able to use them.

  1. All medications must be donated at least 12 months prior to the medication's expiration date
  2. All medications must be in their original manufacturer's sealed container.
  3. We cannot accept prescription medications that have been dispensed to an individual patient.
  4. Prescription medications can only be accepted from healthcare professionals/facilities that are licensed to handle them.
  5. All medications received by HealthCare Ministries will be logged in by medication name, strength, quantity, lot # number, expiration date and where it was received from.  If you are able to send a log containing this information with any medication you donate it would be greatly appreciated!
 

Needed Basic Medicines - (Minimum 12 months shelf life)

  • Adult multi-vitamins (with iron)
  • Children's multi-vitamins (with iron)
  • Antacid (tablets only)
  • Diphenhydramine (Benadryl) - liquid or tablets
  • Cough drops
  • Hydrocortisone creams 1%
  • Ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil, etc.) - liquid or tablet
  • Infant vitamin drops
  • Acetaminophen (Tylenol) - liquid, chewable tablets, adult
